HealthSource Chiropractic Offices
HealthSource is the 10th fastest growing franchise in the United States. In just 3 short years, they’ve sold and kept 250 franchises nationwide.
Their biggest challenge is getting high quality patients into it’s clinics nationwide. They do not have a central reservation system or online customer acquisition model. In late 2009, we began developing an online system that takes leads and converts into in office appointments. Using our propritery online strategies and phone room conversion systems, we have increased online customers from nothing to a consistent and steady flow of patients.
Our conversion numbers from online lead to appointment averages 88%. Of the appointments we book into the clinics, an average of 90% show for their appointment.
Additionally, we generate leads online for all of HealthSources 80 plus weight loss clinics nationwide. We have quadrupled lead flow and cut lead costs to a 1/3rd of the original cost.
Build A Herd Marketing
Build A Herd Marketing (BAH) provides done-for-the-client email marketing, print newsletters and online marketing suites for the CPA and Estate Planning Attorney industries. Currently, BAH provides these services for over 100 users and has a proven model for distribution. BAH lacks a consistent marketing and sales process to continually grow and expand the business. BAH charges a set monthly fee charged via credit card and has a long client lifetime. The client retention rate is very high, allowing steady growth with predictable monthly revenues.
We took a small segment of their business and through online, offline and telemarketing increased sales over five times the previous monthly highs. We installed a system of lead generation and customer conversion using our ‘customer service sales program’. Where our sales staff contacts a lead and works to understand their issue and needs.
Dental Market
In mid 2007 we began a program to generate leads and make the phone ring for dental offices nationwide. By early 2008 the program was an incredible success. We partnered with Ed O’Keefe and Dr. Tom Orent to provide lead generation web sites, online marketing and making the phone ring in the dental practices nationwide.
While the program was a success in the number of leads we generated. It became apparent that the biggest issue was booking those leads into appointments. Over the past 12 months, we’ve worked with and developed the second phase of this program, which is booking appointments for Dental offices on an exclusive area basis.
Miracle Ear
For Miracle Ear, we were responsible for generating nearly 1000 leads a month online for 7 months and turning those leads into in-office appointments for their retail locations.
Dartmouth University – School Of Business
For Dartmouth University, we out-performed their $35,000 Wall Street Journal advertising campaign by generating 430% more qualified leads online at a cost of $3700 that helped fill their $30,000 Executive Program.
Ali International, LLC
For Ali International, LLC, we generated over 15,000 leads in 3 years, which led to $3 million in product/event sales over that time and a $2 million coaching program launch in November 2008.
